Terms of service

Quotes and pricing

Starter is a fixed $1,500. Other packages are quoted within the published ranges. Your written quote sets the scope, price and delivery dates.

Payment

50% deposit to start. The balance is due before final files are delivered.

Revisions

Starter includes 1 revision round, Standard and Full Funnel include 2, and the retainer includes 2 per VSL. A round is one list of changes sent together. Extra rounds are $250 each. A new angle or a rewritten script after the concept is approved is quoted as new work.

Refunds

• The deposit is non-refundable once script work starts.
• No refunds after the script is approved.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the final video, script, page copy and swipes. Licensed stock and music stay under their own licenses.

Your offer and compliance

You are responsible for your offer's claims, compliance and platform approval. We flag risky claims when we see them, but ad platforms and networks make the final call.

Timelines

Timelines start once we have your brief, assets and approvals. If feedback or materials come in late, delivery dates move accordingly.

Results

We do not guarantee sales, ROAS or retention. Results vary by offer, audience and traffic.

Portfolio use

We only show your work or its retention data with your written OK.

AI tools

We may use AI tools in production. People own the script, the story and every final call.
